The 3Com 10GBASE-ER XENPAK transceiver enables one 10GBASE-ER connection for organizations requiring high performance long distance connections. It can be used in 3Com switches and modules that support XENPAK transceivers. XENPAKs can be mixed and matched on a given switch to maximize flexibility. It supports a link length of up to 40 meters.
