We ship our products from our warehouses in the United States, using UPS .USPS is used for military APO and FPO addresses. Our shipping schedule is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify (ground, air or overnight). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge only ONCE for shipping and handling, for the entire order.You could easily see an estimate of how much your shipping charges would be by adding an item(s) to the shopping cart and entering your shipping zip code. As soon as we recive payment from Customer we will ship item(s) from our warehouse. We will ship item(s) as soon as possible from our warehouse.Orders for shipment outside the United States may be subjected to additional charges,customs brokerage fee (UPS carrier charge) and applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. ZDtronic is not responsible for these charges. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE!

RETURN POLICY

Please contact ZDTronic.com via e-mail at Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping product back to ZDTronic.com . This will expedite and help ensure the proper action or credit upon processing.
In order to expedite a return, please have the following information on hand when requesting an RMA number: Customer number, invoice number, serial number, reason for return, action to take (replacement/repair/credit) and whether the box has been opened or is manufacturer sealed.
Please return all products 100% complete including all original manufacturer boxes with the UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. RMA approval is contingent upon, among other things, the products being 100% complete.
Returns will not be accepted at our warehouse without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers will expire after 14 days. Any return we receive without an RMA number will be documented and returned to you.
Returns processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your return is received.
NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RE-STOCKING FEE and such returns will be for store credit or refund at ZDTronic’s sole discretion within 30 days of original invoice date .
Customer is responsible for shipping charges to ZDTronic’s warehouse for all products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Products exchanged or replaced will be shipped by ZDTronic.com to Customer, at ZDTronic’s expense, using the same shipping method as was used by Customer to ship the original products back to ZDTronic.com . If the carrier selected by Customer is not used by ZDTronic.com , a comparable shipping method will be selected.
Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as UPS, Federal Express or Airborne Express. This is for your protection as well as to ensure quick action on your return.
