Description
The Accelar 8132TX Edge Switch Module is a high-density switch module with 32 autosensing ports. These ports provide connection for network devices operating at 10 megabits per second (Mb/s) or 100 Mb/s. The Accelar 8132TX switch module installs in an Accelar 8000 Series chassis with other Accelar switching modules to create a switching system. Up to eight Accelar 8132TX switch modules can be installed in one Accelar 8010 Chassis; this configuration operates as a single switching entity with distributed management and no single point of failure.
